Epoxy, when cured, is considered an inert plastic. There's a lot of strong opinions about whether or not resin is food-safe. With a B.Sc. in Chemistry, I will just say that, by definition, something that is "inert" will not react under normal every day elements and conditions. To get something to react if it's inert, it needs extreme conditions - extreme pressures, extreme temperatures, etc. Conditions, we do not come across and cannot manufacture with simple means. Extremely expensive equipment is needed and used to test how inert a compound is.
So, simply placing a piece of food on this Board, will not cause it to leak, or dissolve, etc. It will not react under such mild circumstances. However, these Boards are made to display food only, after cutting your food on a cutting board. No utensils should be used on the Board, to avoid chipping tiny pieces and risking ingestion.
